It has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths with a huge master room and a fully equipped kitchen a big family room with leather furniture and a big TV. A porch where you can see great sunsets and wonderful views. There is also a dock where you can sit down and fish or you can bring you own boat. Cape Coral is just minutes away from the popular beaches of Sanibel and captiva islands also there are numerous golf courses and shopping centers .there is a water park near by. Cape Coral is close to Ft Myers and Naples. Orlando is just 150 miles and Tampa 120 miles.
